What is Avinox?

Avinox is an e-bike drive system. Bike brands build its motor, battery and display into their own frames.

M1
The original Avinox drive, launched in 2024 and sold simply as “Avinox”. After firmware updates it delivers around 1,000 W peak power and 120 Nm.

The second generation, announced in April 2026. Up to 1,100 W peak power and 110 Nm, or 125 Nm in Boost mode.

The stronger second-generation drive, announced with the M2. Up to 1,500 W peak power and 150 Nm in Boost mode; how long it holds full power depends on the battery.

Which Avinox motor do the bikes use?
The original M1 and the second-generation M2 and M2S. The M2S is the strongest, with up to 1,500 W peak power and 150 Nm in Boost mode.
What kinds of bikes use the Avinox motor?
This website is biased towards full suspension mountain bikes. More urban and commuting bikes are starting to be released and the motor is great on and off road.
