About this site

Hi, I'm Brian

I live and ride in Finale Ligure.

When I started researching the Avinox bikes on the market, the information, geometry and specs were spread across many websites. I wanted to focus exclusively on bikes with the Avinox motor and bring everything together in an organised way. That's what this site is.

Where the numbers come from

Every spec and geometry figure comes from the manufacturer's own website or published geometry chart. When a manufacturer doesn't publish a number, I leave it out rather than guess.

Each bike's data file records its sources and any decisions I had to make, for example when a manufacturer's own pages disagree with each other.

Magazine quotes are copied word for word from the published test, in its original language, and always link to the full article.

Photos are only used with permission. Bikes without a photo show a drawing generated from their geometry.
